In agreement to the following terms, the dealer will be granted a license to sell SpeedTech Lights, Inc. products at a determined discounted priced with access to SpeedTech Lights, Inc. catalogs and installation manuals. Once approved, the dealer may login and the dealer may begin to purchase SpeedTech Lights, Inc. branded products at a said, discounted rate.

To initiate the process, a contract will be emailed to you. You will thoroughly read the contract. The dealer is bound to a $5,000 buy in, which will act as credit in purchasing from our company. The dealer is also bound to an annual sales account of $20,000. Failure to buy products over a year reaching $20,000 or more will result in the elimination of the said dealer's account.

The dealer must agree to immediate payment for goods and services ordered from SpeedTech Lights, Inc. by credit card. The approved dealer must promote the SpeedTech Lights, Inc. logo at all times. SpeedTech Lights, Inc. products will not be labeled or advertised as any other logo, brand name or business.

The dealer will be subjected to standard UPS shipping prices. Due to the discounted rate for dealers are encouraged to purchase in quantities, to keep their shipping expenses down.

In terms of warranty and product repair, all units must be sent to SpeedTech Lights, Inc. headquarters and are subject to the same standards and inquires located under the SpeedTech Lights, Inc. Warranty, along with the terms and conditions found at www.SpeedTechLights.com. Under the dealer contract, all SpeedTech Lights, Inc. products are covered under the polices of our Standard Warranty.

The dealer license may be subject to dismissal if the dealer breaches any of the above rights and/or if numerous complaints are made to SpeedTech Lights, Inc. about the conduct of the said dealer and/or if any violations of the dealer contract are made. SpeedTech Lights, Inc. upholds the right to dismiss a dealer license at any time for any reason.
